Dawson's Creek - Season 6
Season 6 of Dawson’s Creek started.. oddly.
It came out in 2002, but has an extremely 90’s feel and look.
There’s a sassy voice-over by Joey and “awesome” special effects like this
Pacey looks terrible - he’s at his puggiest here with a chin beard and greasy hair
but it’s fitting, since he suddenly finds himself playing Giovanni Ribisi to Dana...
Sorry for the recent Creek overload on this blog. Work has been kind of stressful lately. This is how I deal.

There was kissing AND then Joey learned a lesson about incomplete endings being the best kind of endings.
Otherwise, Season 5 of Dawson’s Creek was kind of a wash. Sure, Sherilyn Fenn made a cameo (her most unflattering role ever? no stills from me here) but...
WatchAre you a fan of the band Rooney? I’d heard this song but wasn’t really familiar with the band until I looked up this guy (Ned Brower, the drummer) while watching Dawson’s Creek.
So, he went from this (a weird nerdy guy who for me is possibly the most relatable/interesting fringe character on the show)

Dawson: - sometime later - By the way, mine is Roadhouse. With Patrick Swayze. I've seen it like 37 times. Every time it's on TV I have to watch it all the way through. I own the tape. I love it and no idea why.

I’m (finally!) starting Season 5 (THE COLLEGE YEARS) of Dawson’s Creek and am reminded once again of why I love this show so much: guest stars!

WatchThere are a lot of great things up on Hulu right now (The Elephant Man, Chaplin, Moonstruck, etc), but the thing I’m most excited about is Julia Sweeney’s God Said ‘Ha!’
I initially discovered my love for Sweeney about a year ago by way of This American Life.
The episode and the above overlap somewhat, but if you’re new to the story, please give this video a watch.

It’s interesting enough but there are SO MANY redundant flashbacks (I know, IRONIC!) I don’t know how long I can stick with it.
